RATES:
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 USD on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 USD ship free.
To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be $100 USD or more after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
TIMELINES:
Processing Time (the time it takes for orders to be packaged, inspected for quality and shipped):
Standard items ship 2-5 business days after your order is placed. This applies to all items except those described as "made to order" in the item description tabs, which are visible in each item listing.
Made to order items ship 10-14 business days after your order is placed. Made to order items will be described as such in the item description tabs, which are visible in each listing. These items are made for you by our jewelers when you place an order and 10-14 business days are required to created them.
If for some reason an order will take longer for processing than what is stated above, we will reach out via email to inform you of this.
Shipping Time (the time your parcel is in transit): Most items will arrive 5-8 business days after shipping (this excludes holidays and weekends), but may be slightly longer due to possible delays in the postal system that are beyond our control (such as COVID, the holiday season, unusually high order volumes, or weather).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder for emails, as they can sometimes end up there.
CARRIERS:
Orders may ship with USPS, DHL, Fedex, or UPS.
COURIER DELIVERIES & SIGNATURES:
Most deliveries are made by couriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS) and will require an adult signature for delivery. If you are not home when a delivery attempt is made, the courier will usually make another attempt and/or leave a notice at your residence with details about where to pick up your parcel. Parcels will go to a local holding facility for the courier and you will be able to pick up your parcel at that location within a time frame specified by the courier.
LOCATIONS:
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the USA.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO or APO boxes.
If a customer places an order and there is some reason we cannot ship to the address they provided, we will contact them to discuss the matter. If a solution (such as clarifying the address) cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded.
We ship from warehouses in the USA and factory-direct from overseas in an effort to maintain a large inventory. Shipping time is comparable for both locations because we use couriers for long distance shipping, not regular post.
TRACKING:
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking, so that you can easily track your package. There will be a direct link to your order's tracking information in this email.
In addition, your order can be tracked using our Track Order page. Simply type your order number and email address into the fields provided (the email address entered for tracking should be the same address you entered at checkout because we use it to verify your eligibility to look up the order number entered).
Note: If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple packages if one item is ready to ship before others in the order. There is no extra charge for this. You will receive tracking numbers for each separate shipment.
PACKAGING:
Items will be shipped with jewelry boxes (there are multiple types of boxes for different product lines) inside of bubble envelopes.
DUTIES/CUSTOMS:
Duties and/or customs fees for customers from the USA (who are using a US shipping address) will be paid by us if they apply. Packages that ship from our overseas location will be shipped to you with duties paid, so you should not be asked to pay additional fees when your item arrives.
Note: This applies to US customers using US shipping addresses only. Unfortunately customers from any other location will be responsible for paying duties/customs fees themselves. We do not calculate these fees for you and they are not included in product prices. We have no control over the amount of these fees, as they are imposed by your country's government, not by Le Gem Nouveau.
