The safety of our suppliers and our customers is extremely important to us. To preserve that safety, the following practices are underway at all of our supplier locations.
Close monitoring of employee health by their respective workshop employers (we have domestic and foreign suppliers).
PPE (personal protective equipment) for all employees (such as masks and gloves) while they're working at supplier workshops, including while they're handling products, packaging them, and shipping them.
Reduced employee numbers if necessary to promote social distancing.
How does this affect delivery times?
Delivery times may be slightly extended to promote safe working conditions if necessary. As of now, our suppliers are not working in areas of their respective countries with high rates of infection, so the delivery times for our products are still within our 2-5 day processing window and the 5-8 day shipping window. We are shipping normally.
We will continue to update this page as our situation changes. If necessary, we may extend processing times or temporarily reduce our inventory if a supplier is unable to safely maintain a functioning facility.
