Processing Time (the time it takes to get orders ready to ship; tracking numbers will be emailed during this time): 2-5 business days for standard items and 10-14 business days for made to order items. Made to order items have a "made to order" tab in the item description instead of the "occasions" tab.

Shipping Time: 5-8 business days (the time your parcel is in transit). These times exclude holidays and weekends.
